William Williams is noted as working in Carmarthen in 1814 in Loomes 'Watchmakers and Clockmakers of the World' book.

A miners pocket watch case with Record pocket watch. A large brass case with front viewing lens and loop to the top. The brass case is probably from the early 20th century. Inside the case is a 1940s Record nickel cased pocket watch. The watch has clearly been used within the case as it is showing chips and damage to the glass, making it an authentic piece. The watch has a good quality 15 jewel caliber 433 mechanism by Record.

A highly decorative octagonal rolled gold pocket watch. A silvered dial with Arabic numerals and gilt dot minute markers. Greek key decoration circling the dial and blued steel moon hands. A 6 jewel Swiss made mechanism by Langendorf, who were reputed to be the largest producers of watches at one time. The brand later became Lanco. A rolled gold case stamped 'Monitor' which was a trademark of the Illinois Watch Company. The back of this watch has pin striped decoration and a vacant cartouche surrounded by floral designs. An enamel dial with 60 minute register and 12 hour register to the dial. Signed by retailers Camerer Cuss & co to the dial. A good quality 7 jewel mechanism signed Heuer. The Heuer 2915 stopwatch was the first Swiss watch to make it to space, worn by John Glenn in 1962 who was the first American to orbit the earth.
