1920s 18K GOLD UNIVERSAL WATCH CHRONOGRAPH WRISTWATCH
A 1920s Universal Watch 18K gold chronograph wristwatch. An attractive enamel dial with Arabic hour numerals and 5 minute markers. An outer tachymeter dial in red lettering. Subsidiary seconds dial to 9 o'clock and a chronograph counter, up to 30, at 3 o'clock. A very large 18K gold case with single button chronograph at 9 o'clock and original winding crown. An excellent quality Universal Watch mechanism, stamped Swiss made. The name Universal Watch was the brand name of Universal Geneve, prior to the 1930s.

UNIVERSAL GENEVE TRI-COMPAX WRISTWATCH
A rare Universal Geneve Tri-Compax wristwatch. A silvered dial with dot numerals indicating the hours and a constant subsidiary seconds dial to 9 o'clock. This watch features a chronograph function activated by the pushers to the side of the case, unusually this features a 12 hour register as well as a 30 minute register to 6 o'clock and 3 o'clock respectively. At 12 o'clock the day date function is showing, with days of the week and month registers in apertures either side of the Universal Geneve script. Completing the full calendar, the date of the month and the moonphase dial are incorporated into one subsidiary dial at 12 o'clock. A jumbo 'Enversteel' case bearing the Universal Geneve logo. Case reference 22536. An exceptionally high quality caliber 287 mechanism signed Universal Geneve. Serial numbers date this watch to circa 1946.

1966 OMEGA CONSTELLATION AUTOMATIC WRISTWATCH
A 1966 Omega Constellation stainless steel wristwatch. A silvered dial with applied baton hour markers and a date aperture to 3 o'clock. Steel dauphine hands and a sweep seconds. A good sized steel case with flat bezel, original Omega bracelet and original Omega winding crown. Case reference 168.004. Bracelet reference 1444. A high quality 24 jewel caliber 561 Omega mechanism. Serial numbers date this watch to 1966.

1973 LONGINES 5 STAR ADMIRAL WRISTWATCH
A 1973 Longines 5 star Admiral complete with original box and guarantee. A 10K gold filled case marked to the inner 'Longines-Wittnauer' made by Star watch case company. Case reference 3026-507. A gilt dial with baton numerals, which are larger at the quarters. A day and date aperture in contrasting colours, with quick change feature. The quick change is activated by pushing the original winding crown. An automatic Longines caliber 508 mechanism. Serial numbers date this watch to 1973.
During this period, the Longines Admiral was regarded as one of the finest watches on the market. This watch is in excellent original condition and has seen very little use during its life. The original inner and outer box are both marked 'the worlds most honored watch' as they were advertised during this period. The inner box is stamped with the Longines 'Admiral 5 star' model logo, which is also on the watch tag. When the inner of the box is lifted out, it reveals a compartment which is designed for 'Jewelry, Studs, Cigarettes' as stamped.

1917 SILVER TRENCH WRISTWATCH
A rare 1917 Silver trench watch. A good quality three piece silver case and original winding crown. Although the case is slightly smaller than some other trench watches, the added length of the hinged lugs balances it well. An enamel dial with lume filled Arabic numerals and 'cathedral' hands, surrounded by 5 minute/second markers. This watch has a central seconds function, which is very rarely seen on a trench watch. The case is stamped with London import marks for circa 1917. A good quality Swiss made mechanism. Circa 1917.

1955 VERTEX CUSHION CASED WRISTWATCH
A 1955 9K gold Vertex 'cushion' cased wristwatch. A two tone silvered dial with raised Arabic numerals, indicated by blued steel 'moon' hands. A 9K gold case signed to the inner 'Vertex, Made in England' by Dennison. A good quality 15 jewel caliber 59 manual wind mechanism by Vertex Revue. Birmingham gold hallmarks date this watch to 1955.

RECORD 'DIRTY DOZEN' BRITISH MILITARY WRISTWATCH
A Record 'Dirty Dozen' British Military issue wristwatch. A black dial with Arabic numerals and lume dot markers, designed to be highly legible. The case and dial are both marked with the broad arrow, signifying this watch was issued by the MOD. A 15 jewel manual wind caliber 022K mechanism signed Record. The production run of these watches is estimated to be around 25000. Circa 1945

A British Military issue Hamilton W10 wristwatch. A cal 649 manual wind 17 jewel mechanism with quality 'hacking stop' feature. A black dial marked 'T' indicating Tritium as the luminous material and British Military broad arrow. A stainless steel case of Tonneau design and marked to the back with military marks and date of production of 1973.
