A quality Georgian English fusee dial wall clock. A 12" convex painted dial signed 'S B GAZE LONDON' with blued steel hands. A mahogany case with a cast brass bezel surround. An 8-day duration timepiece fusee mechanism. Circa 1820.
S B GAZE of London is recorded in Baillies'' 'Clockmakers and Watchmakers of The Worldl' book as working 1817-1824.
