A 1954 Longines 14K gold wristwatch. A silvered dial with a sunburst finish dial, giving a pleasing visual effect. The raised hour markers are set with a diamond to each, with the 12 o'clock showing a 3 row setting. A raised Longines hourglass logo below the script at 12. Signed Swiss to 6 o'clock below the recessed subsidary seconds dial.
A solid 14K gold case with unusual hooded lug settings. A slim overall case design, with the main case body being one piece and a snap on bezel cover. Signed to the inner Longines Wittnauer and showing a 14K gold mark for the US market.
The watch is powered by a 17 jewel Longines caliber 22L, manual wind mechanism. This watch is dated by serial numbers to 1954.
