A 1959 Omega Seamaster stainless steel wristwatch. A silvered dial with applied steel hour markers, with a larger faceted design to 12, 6 and 9. A date aperture to 3 o'clock. An original Omega 'scallop' winding crown. A stainless steel case with Seamaster 'Hippocampus' logo to the back. Case reference 14770 1 SC. A 24 jewel automatic caliber 562 Omega mechanism. Serial numbers date this watch to 1959. This watch has a later stainless steel bracelet, however the original Omega 'no. 12' clasp has been fitted to it.
